    Software can move faster.
    Your standards stay.

For organisations in DACH and the EU, data residency, security and governance are buying criteria. ATHISE brings agentic software development into the environment you control.

    Engineering

Give scarce teams room to build.

Legacy modernisation and testing consume engineering capacity. Delegate work with clear acceptance criteria, then review the result.

    Security

    Keep sensitive work inside.

Control where source code, prompts and data are processed. Local inference and isolated execution reduce exposure; security review remains part of deployment.

    Governance

Know what happened. And who decided.

Agent actions, model choices, reviewer verdicts and human approvals form the evidence your organisation needs to assess AI-assisted work.

    THE ATHISE PLATFORM

    Not a coding assistant.
    A platform.

A configurable team of specialised AI agents takes requirements through architecture, implementation, testing and review. Run the whole path or only the steps you need, on your own OpenShift infrastructure.

Configure roles, workflow stages and permitted models for each project. Agents can work around the clock; defined human gates control when work advances.

    THE SOFTWARE LIFECYCLE

    From requirements
    to deployable software.

Connect analysis, planning, architecture, detailed design and coding in one configurable workflow. Use the full lifecycle or the stages you need, with a human gate after every stage.

Turn source requirements into a structured description of the work. Review scope, constraints and open questions before planning begins.

    ARCHITECTURE

    Everything runs
    inside your cluster.

Single-tenant. Public cloud, private data centre or fully air-gapped. The cluster boundary is the product boundary. ATHISE provides the pipeline, approval gates and user interface. OpenShift AI provides model serving and the MCP layer. The deployment architecture brings these parts together inside your environment.

    GOVERNANCE IN CONTEXT

    What supervision
    actually asks.

Data protection, operational resilience, human oversight and supply-chain security shape the questions your team must answer. ATHISE’s architecture gives those conversations a concrete starting point.

    GDPR

    Control personal-data processing.

Document where personal data is processed, who can access it and the safeguards for any transfers. A local deployment gives you control over that boundary.

    Framework reference

    DORA

    Make ICT dependencies visible.

Financial entities need to manage ICT risk and operational resilience. Defined workflows and controlled dependencies support the assessment of how AI-assisted engineering fits into those processes.

    Framework reference

    EU AI Act

    Keep human oversight meaningful.

For AI systems in scope, including high-risk systems, assess the applicable oversight and traceability requirements. Defined gates give engineers a clear place to inspect, intervene and decide.

    Framework reference

    NIS2

    Know your software supply chain.

Cybersecurity risk management includes supply-chain security. Approved package and image sources make dependency provenance an explicit part of the deployment design.

    FAQ

    A few things worth knowing.

    What is ATHISE?

ATHISE is a Sovereign AI Software Factory by cloudWerkstatt. It coordinates specialized agents across a configurable workflow on your own OpenShift infrastructure. Engineers review the output and decide when the workflow can continue.

Does source code leave our environment?

In a fully local deployment, models run on your infrastructure and the workflow stays inside your cluster. Fully air-gapped operation is supported. The actual data boundary is verified as part of the deployment design.

Can we choose only the stages we need?

Yes. Projects define their enabled workflow stages and permitted models. Optional stages can be excluded during configuration; required or already-active stages remain protected.

Do we need infrastructure for a demo?

No infrastructure is required on your side for an initial product demonstration. A customer pilot is scoped separately around your environment and the workflow you want to evaluate.

    Is compliance automatically included?

No. Sovereign deployment and human gates provide architectural controls. Security review, legal assessment and any regulatory approval remain specific to your organization and use case.

    How is ATHISE priced?

Pricing is available on request. We first agree the workflow, deployment requirements, integration and support scope, then prepare a proposal. No standard seat price or public subscription rate is currently stated.
